How we work

1. We first identify your specific requirements according to your long term organization plan in order to prepare a project feasibility study.
2. Based on your requirements, one of our consultants who is familiar with the location and the type of product required will be designated to conduct the search.
3. After a careful search, we contact the most suitable factories/contractors according to your product specifications
4. We then visit the pre-selected factories and suppliers to conduct product inspection.
5. After reviewing and analyzing product specifications, we submit you a shortlist of potential contractors and suppliers with suggestions for you to consider during the final selection stage.
6. Once the right supplier is selected, the negotiation process starts until a pricing agreement is reached.
7. Finally, if required, we assist you with logistical issues as well as quality assurance and inspection.
